To deliver an effortless performance such as this, requires countless hours of practice to develop mental and physical stamina, to express the deeper spiritual meaning through the artistic renderings of the dance form, thereby transporting oneself to a state where the dance flows freely, exuberantly, elegantly, and gracefully.
